That is only an entry into the tournament-you still have to pay for the cruise to play in that tournament. Recently Carnival has been giving the top 2 scorers in that final round an entry into one of their Ultimate Slot Tournaments. The top scorer in that final round wins-usually $500. Those top 8 or so players at the end of the tournament play in one final round. The number of names kept on the leader board is determined by the number of slot machines being used in the tournament (usually about 8 or so). The top point scorers during the tournament time of about 2 1/2 hours get their names put on the leader board. When your round comes up, you sit at the machine you signed up for on that sign-up sheet. You sign up to play on the sign-up sheet to pick your round-rounds usually run from noon until about 2 PM. You purchase a $25 entry at the casino cage and they give you a slot tournament entry card. So I know in a slot tournament you press the "spin" button as fast as you can but what qualifies you to win? Do you start out with a certain amount of credits?
